She is a skilled and dynamic leader with a strong passion for the staffing and recruiting industry. She completed her undergraduate with a B.S. in Business Administration at Lewis University. Shay has successfully founded and grown two staffing firms. Shay is the CEO of KenBrook Staffing Inc. and the former President and Co-Founder of Direct Hire Group Inc., based out of Chicago, IL. Her background includes twenty years of leadership, sales, marketing, and recruiting experience. 

 

She also has experience working in both boutique and large firms. She has worked for two well-known staffing firms, specializing in the placement of office administrative and accounting professionals, both on a permanent and temporary basis.
